Totals are prices at signing, before VAT, of the contracts published on Portal BASE by October 15, 2026. A contract counts in the quarter it was signed, so contracts published late can still add to this one. Every contract is in the public works explorer, with filters by buyer, kind of work and place, and the national report sets the years since 2012 side by side.
